These Warrior Pokémon will debut in their new Crowned Forms, harnessing the power of Crowned Sword Energy and Crowned Shield Energy. Trainers eager to enhance their teams can transform Zacian into Crowned Sword Zacian and Zamazenta into Crowned Shield Zamazenta, utilizing these unique energies.
To showcase the might of these new forms, both Zacian and Zamazenta will be eligible for use in Max Battles, despite their usual inability to Dynamax and Gigantamax. Their formidable special moves, Behemoth Blade for Zacian and Behemoth Bash for Zamazenta, will make them strong contenders in these battles.
The Pokémon Go Fests in Osaka, Jersey City, and Paris will be the initial venues where trainers can encounter Zacian and Zamazenta in five-star raids. These events also offer the opportunity to challenge the Crowned Sword Zacian and Crowned Shield Zamazenta in similar raids, before they become available to the broader player community.
