The teaser's description reads, "The Future Foundation invites you to take your first steps into a fantastic new era."

The film, slated for release on July 25, 2025, stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing. Ralph Ineson portrays Galactus, and Julia Garner is Silver Surfer. Supporting roles include Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles. Matt Shakman directs, with Kevin Feige producing.

Here's the official synopsis:

Set in a vibrant, 1960s-inspired retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family – Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn), and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) – as they confront their most formidable challenge yet. Balancing their heroic duties with their family bonds, they must defend Earth from the voracious space god Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his enigmatic Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). And if Galactus's planetary annihilation scheme wasn't enough, things take a deeply personal turn.

At New York Comic Con (NYCC) in October, attendees saw artwork featuring key MCU characters, including a first look at the live-action H.E.R.B.I.E. (Humanoid Experimental Robot B-Type Integrated Electronics).

Speculation abounds that Robert Downey Jr. might reprise his role as Doctor Doom, potentially appearing or being teased in The Fantastic Four: First Steps. Feige has confirmed the Fantastic Four's appearances in Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
