Amazon's Fallout TV series gears up for season two! Filming begins this November, following the successful April premiere. The show will build upon the season one cliffhanger and expand the Vault-Tec storyline.
Season Two Cast and Plot Hints
While the full cast remains unconfirmed, Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson) has confirmed her return, teasing exciting developments for her character. Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to reprise their roles. Uggams hinted at surprises for Betty, stating, "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing...But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."
A 2026 premiere is anticipated, considering the production timeline similar to season one (filmed July 2022, premiered April 2024). However, an official release date is pending.
New Vegas and Robert House
Prepare for a trip to New Vegas! Producer Graham Wagner revealed that Fallout: New Vegas's iconic antagonist, Robert House, will feature prominently in season two. The extent of his involvement remains a mystery, though his presence was foreshadowed in season one flashbacks.
Expanding the Fallout Universe
Showrunner Robertson-Dworet and Wagner have promised deeper exploration of untold stories from the Fallout universe. Expect expanded narratives surrounding Vault-Tec executives, the origins of the Great War, and significant character development through flashbacks and new storylines.
