The snippet, featured in Amazon's recent Upfront livestream, was captured and shared on Reddit. It depicts Lucy (Ella Purnell) and The Ghoul (Walton Goggins) 50 miles outside the ruins of Las Vegas. New Vegas, famously featured in Obsidian's Fallout: New Vegas game, will serve as the primary setting for Season 2 of the TV adaptation.
What does this teaser reveal about the show's version of New Vegas? It offers significantly more detail than the fleeting shot at the end of Season 1, as expected. Veteran players will recognize the layout, though it seems more built-up and dense than its video game counterpart.
The unmistakable landmark is the Lucky 38 Resort and Casino on the Vegas Strip. In the game, the Lucky 38 is the pre-War casino from which Mr. House governs the city. Some fans also speculate they can spot the Ultra-Luxe, though it's difficult to confirm specific locations from this footage.
Warning! Potential spoilers for the Fallout TV show follow.
