After completing the "Suppression of You Province," "Suppression of Jing Province," and "Suppression of Liang Province" battles, return to Ji. You'll meet Sima Hui. Following the subsequent conversation and acquiring incense for the Innkeeper, the Shui Jing Retreat unlocks near Ji. Here, Sima Hui allows you to exchange Old Coins for rewards. You can also review bonds and past interactions. Rewards are tied to specific Old Coin milestones; exchange them whenever possible.
