Possible DOOM: Dark Ages Release Date Surfaces

by Samuel Feb 20,2025

The upcoming Developer_Direct presentation, just two days away, appears to have suffered a leak regarding a highly anticipated title: DOOM: The Dark Ages. A major French gaming website, Gamekult, inadvertently revealed a May 15th release date in a prematurely published article, quickly removed but not before being captured in their RSS feed.

This aligns with previous reports from insider NateTheHate, who also suggested a May release window for DOOM: The Dark Ages. The convergence of these two sources strongly suggests the leaked date is accurate.

Microsoft is expected to officially unveil DOOM: The Dark Ages this Thursday during their Developer_Direct showcase. This medieval-themed prequel to the modern DOOM duology promises to maintain the series' signature brutal and intense gameplay, focusing on the relentless annihilation of Hell's forces.
