Disney Speedstorm Mobile Launch Joins Disney and Pixar Pals on Racetrack

Disney Speedstorm, from Gameloft, the creators of the Asphalt series, is screeching onto mobile on July 11th. This action-packed racing game puts iconic Disney and Pixar characters behind the wheel for a wild ride on high-speed tracks inspired by our favorite films.

Race Like Your Favorite Heroes

Disney Speedstorm turns Disney and Pixar environments into exciting racetracks. Pick your racer from a roster that includes Mickey Mouse, Buzz Lightyear, Captain Jack Sparrow, and a whole lot more. Each character has unique skills and is of a different class, like Defender, Brawler, Speedster, etc.

The developers are constantly adding new characters, even before the mobile release. So, you might find yourself speeding through the monster-filled hallways of Monsters, Inc. one day and dodging flying carpets in Agrabah the next.

You can upgrade your racer’s stats and customize their kart to perfect your racing style. You can’t just slam the gas pedal and hope for the best. Perfecting your drifts, nitro boosts, and cornering techniques will be key to leaving your opponents in the dust. You will also have to adjust to shifting track conditions. To slow down your opponent, you will also throw special attacks and distribute power-ups.

You can play solo or battle friends in multiplayer mode. You could race with friends or challenge players from all around the globe. Highlight your flair on the race by customizing your kart with various components and designs.

If you can’t wait to vroom onto the track, there’s some good news for you. The game is available for pre-registration on the Google Play Store ahead of its July 11th launch. You can also stay updated on the mobile release of Disney Speedstorm by checking their Twitter page.
