Discover Stalker 2's Secret Merchant: Unveiling the Trader in Garbage

Navigating the Garbage Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl

After exiting the Lesser Zone, your journey continues into the sprawling Garbage area. Due to its distance from your starting base, encountering traders in this region takes time.

Initially, your quest markers won't directly guide you to the Slag Heap, a key hub in the Garbage zone. Progressing the main storyline is necessary; completing the "Answers Come at a Price" quest unlocks its location. This involves prior visits to the Detention Center and the Laboratory before meeting Scar.

The Slag Heap is situated north of the laboratory, and you can explore it earlier if desired. Two traders await within:

  • Boozer: Located at the entrance, Boozer runs the bar, selling food and drinks while accepting various items for trade. He's easily found.

  • Huron: Found by heading left and entering the open door to your right, Huron specializes in weapons and gear. His room also serves as your stash location for extra items. Interacting with him also initiates a side quest.

While not a trader, a Tech resides at the back of the left corridor. You'll encounter him while progressing the main quest with Diode.

Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl is currently available on Xbox and PC.
