The Painter’s Regret treasure map is located in Emerald Stair, the second major area you'll visit in *Avowed*. Head to the northeast end of Coastal Farms, where you'll find a large house situated in front of a rock face. Before entering, be prepared to battle a host of enemies guarding the house.

How To Get Into the Painter’s Regret House in Avowed
Getting into the house isn't as straightforward as walking through the front door, which is barred shut. After dealing with the enemies outside, navigate to the right side of the house. You'll find a walkway leading to an accessible back door. Once inside, you'll spot a large painting on an easel, which is the treasure map you're looking for. Grab it, and you're all set to embark on your treasure hunt in *Avowed*.
With the map in hand, head to the western side of the river southwest of Fior mes Iverno. Your reward for this endeavor is the Painter’s Brush unique trinket, which boosts your critical hit chance by 5%, enhancing your combat prowess in the Living Lands.
