The Season of Witchcraft in *Diablo 4* introduces a slew of exciting new content, but to fully enjoy the latest season, players must gather a scarce new resource: Fugitive Heads. Let's delve into what Fugitive Heads are and how you can acquire them in *Diablo 4* Season 7.
What Are Fugitive Heads in Diablo 4 Season 7?
*Diablo 4* Season 7 is packed with thrilling features, but the highlight for many players is the Witchcraft Powers. These powers offer a range of unique abilities, enhancing your gameplay in diverse ways. However, they're not the only key to success. To truly amplify your capabilities, you'll need Occult Gems, which grant 160 Armor and 8% Resist All. The challenge? Crafting these gems is no easy feat.
To begin crafting Occult Gems, you must first obtain a Fugitive Head and deliver it to Gelena at the Tree of Whispers. Once you've secured that initial head, you'll need at least one more Fugitive Head, alongside 1,000 Restless Rot and 50,000 Gem Fragments, to craft additional gems. Understanding how to acquire Fugitive Heads is crucial for your progress in *Diablo 4* Season 7.

How To Find Fugitive Heads in Diablo 4 Season 7
Blizzard keeps the challenge alive by making Fugitive Heads hard to come by. To find them, players need to complete Whisper bounties in the Headhunt zones, a new area introduced in Season 7. Upon completion, there's a slight chance an Uprooted Cocoon will spawn. But don't celebrate just yet—busting it open summons Headrotten Bosses. With a bit of luck, some of these bosses might carry a Fugitive Head. Defeat them, and the head is yours.
This process can be time-consuming and relies heavily on chance. Fortunately, there's a way to increase your odds of encountering Fugitive Heads. The Draught of Whispers Elixir, available through Exposed Roots, Whispers Cache, and Coven's Cache, boosts the chance of Fugitive Heads spawning by 50% and enhances the likelihood of encountering Forgotten Altars.
Another critical factor is the game's difficulty setting. Fugitive Heads have a very low spawn rate on difficulties below Torment. Given their rarity, it's wise for casual players to gradually adjust to the Torment difficulty before embarking on their Headhunt quest. With Season 7 extending until April, there's ample time to explore and gather plenty of Fugitive Heads.
