How To Find Fugitive Heads in Diablo 4 Season 7
Blizzard keeps the challenge alive by making Fugitive Heads hard to come by. To find them, players need to complete Whisper bounties in the Headhunt zones, a new area introduced in Season 7. Upon completion, there's a slight chance an Uprooted Cocoon will spawn. But don't celebrate just yet—busting it open summons Headrotten Bosses. Another critical factor is the game's difficulty setting. Fugitive Heads have a very low spawn rate on difficulties below Torment. Given their rarity, it's wise for casual players to gradually adjust to the Torment difficulty before embarking on their Headhunt quest.
