Defeat Demons, Claim Loot in Castle Doombad

Castle Doombad is back! The popular tower defense strategy game, originally released in 2014, returns as Castle Doombad: Free To Slay on Android. Developed by Grumpyface Studios and published by Yodo1, this mobile release offers a fresh take on the classic title.

Grumpyface, known for hits like Steven Universe: Attack the Light and Teeny Titans, initially planned a single Castle Doombad remake. However, they decided to release two versions: Free To Slay for mobile and Castle Doombad Classic (a remastered version with updated content) for Nintendo Switch and Steam (releasing later this year). A sequel, Castle Doombad 2: Muahaha!, is also in development.

Unleash Your Inner Evil in Castle Doombad: Free To Slay!

Embrace your villainous side in this free-to-play game (with ads and optional in-app purchases). Build a wicked lair, defend against heroic do-gooders, and utilize traps and minions as your weapons. The game includes the complete original experience featuring 70 stages, daily challenges, and endless modes.

Check out the game trailer here:

Over 30 traps are available to unlock and upgrade, along with more than 100 collectible items. A new cosmetic system, "spoils," lets you customize your Dark Lord and his lair with evil artifacts. You can also equip "Baddie Bonus" perks.

A new roguelite mode, "Dr. Lord Evilstein's Roguevenge," adds randomly generated castle layouts and nefarious Nightmares offering unique powers and abilities. Download Castle Doombad: Free To Slay from the Google Play Store today!
