Our team gave the AMD Radeon RX 9070 a strong 8/10 rating. Priced similarly to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070, it offers superior performance in most of the games we tested and comes with more VRAM (16GB versus 12GB), suggesting it's better equipped for future gaming needs. It also consumes roughly the same amount of power as the RTX 5070.

It delivers top-notch 1440p performance, frequently achieving high refresh rates even without frame generation, and introduces an AI upscaler for enhanced image quality. The only downside is its proximity in performance to the Radeon RX 9070 XT."
The AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT earned a perfect 10/10 from us. Despite being $150 less than the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, it outperforms it in several games, with some benchmarks showing a significant gap. Like the 9070, it also features 16GB of VRAM. However, it does consume more power and runs hotter compared to the RTX 5070 Ti.

"Since 2020, PC gaming has been in a luxurious decline, but the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT reminds us that it doesn't have to stay that way. This graphics card effortlessly handles any game at 4K, even with ray tracing, and does so at a price that makes other options seem exorbitant. While I can't foresee the future, the launch price seems promising. What's clear is that we need more graphics cards like the AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT."
