Valve continues to provide regular updates to Deadlock, despite abandoning a fixed release schedule. The latest patch isn't enormous, but it's significantly more than a minor adjustment. A comprehensive changelog is available on the game's forums.

Four new heroes were added on January 18th, followed swiftly by balance tweaks. Holliday's Crackshot ability now affects units, halving its cooldown when doing so. Calico's Ava ability can now destroy objects she passes through.

Several existing heroes also received adjustments: Kelvin's health increased (600 to 650), Vendicta's bullet speed and movement speed were reduced (810 to 740, and 9 to 8 respectively). In total, eleven heroes, including the recent additions, were impacted.

Deadlock remains in closed beta, boasting a stable online player base consistently between 7,000 and 20,000 players.
