Unlocking the Police Look in GTA Online: A Guide to Cop Outfits
In Grand Theft Auto Online, players can embody various roles, including the iconic police officer. Whether for roleplay, law enforcement activities, or simply a stylish intimidation tactic, acquiring a police outfit is a must. This guide details the methods for obtaining different police uniforms within GTA Online.
GTA Online offers a variety of police outfits, including the Prison Guard, IAA Agent, and Justice Officer uniforms. Let's explore how to acquire each:
Obtaining the Prison Guard Outfit:
The Prison Guard uniform, belonging to the San Andreas State Prison Authority (SASPA), is worn by officers dedicated to maintaining order in Los Santos. To obtain this outfit, complete the Diamond Casino Heist prep mission, "Vault Keycards." This mission requires stealing keycards from Duggan and prison guards. Upon completion, the Prison Guard outfit becomes available for purchase at a clothing store within the Diamond Casino Heist section.
Acquiring the IAA Agent Outfit:
The IAA Agent outfit belongs to the International Affairs Agency, mirroring a CIA agent responsible for national security. This outfit is unlocked through specific ULP contact missions:
- ULP - Intelligence
- ULP - Counterintelligence
- ULP - Extraction
- ULP - Asset Seizure
- ULP - Operation Paper Trail
- ULP - Cleanup
Before initiating a ULP mission, equip the IAA uniform from the menu. Then, access the interaction menu, select "Style," then "Illuminated Clothing." Scroll through for 30 seconds, followed by a 15-minute wait for inactivity to be kicked from the mission. Upon returning, your character will be wearing the IAA uniform.
Accessing the Justice Officer Outfit:
The Justice Officer uniform offers a more refined police aesthetic. However, unlike the previous outfits, it's not permanently saved to your inventory. To wear this uniform, complete either the "Cops 'n' Crooks" or "Truck Off Versus" mission. The uniform will be removed upon mission completion.
