Finding Agnes and Completing the Quest
After determining Otto von Bergow won't attend Lord Semine's wedding, the quest shifts to finding an alternative way to meet him. To finish "Wedding Crashers," congratulate the newlyweds before leaving the festivities. However, neither Agnes nor Lord Semine are readily apparent.
