Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Reveals New Zombies Map for Season 2

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's Season 2 introduces "The Tomb," a new Zombies map launching January 28th. This map continues the narrative from "Citadelle des Morts," the Season 1 Reloaded addition.

The Tomb will be the fourth Zombies map in Black Ops 6, following Terminus Island and Liberty Falls. Treyarch has described the map's structure as similar to Liberty Falls, promising a new Wonder Weapon reminiscent of previous entries and intricate Easter Eggs. Returning playable characters include Weaver, Grey, Garver, and Maya. The setting is a network of catacombs built over ancient burial grounds.

The Tomb Zombies Map Release Date: January 28th

While full details for Season 2 are forthcoming, Treyarch has offered additional teasers. Expect nods to classic Zombies maps, enhanced Pack-a-Punch camos, and the return of a historically significant SMG.

The rapid release of new Zombies maps—one per season—raises questions about Treyarch's capacity, especially with rumored leadership on the 2025 Call of Duty title. However, Treyarch assures fans of continued Zombies content throughout the year. Zombies enthusiasts can look forward to exploring The Tomb and its mysteries on January 28th.
