BioWare has currently shelved plans for any downloadable content (DLC) for Dragon Age: The Veilguard. However, creative director John Epler hinted at the possibility of a remastered Dragon Age collection.
BioWare's Focus Shifts to Mass Effect 5; No Veilguard DLC in the Works
Remastered Dragon Age Collection Remains a Possibility
According to Rolling Stone, BioWare has confirmed it won't be developing DLC for The Veilguard. The game is considered finished, and BioWare's resources are now dedicated to the next Mass Effect title.
While specifics regarding Veilguard DLC remain undisclosed, Epler addressed fan interest in a remastered Dragon Age collection, similar to the Mass Effect Legendary Edition. He acknowledged the significant technical challenges involved in remastering the original trilogy due to their reliance on EA's proprietary game engines. However, he left the door open, stating, "It’s something that’s not going to be as easy as Mass Effect, but we do love the original games. Never say never."
