Annapurna Game Delays Unaffected by Resignations

Annapurna Interactive's mass resignation leaves some game projects unaffected. While the recent exodus caused uncertainty for many Annapurna-partnered developers, several high-profile titles appear to be continuing development without major disruption.

Control 2 Development Continues Despite Annapurna Resignations

Key Projects Proceeding as Planned:

Several developers have publicly confirmed their projects are unaffected. Remedy Entertainment, for example, clarified that their agreement for Control 2, including related rights, is with Annapurna Pictures, and that Remedy is self-publishing the game. Therefore, Control 2's development and launch are not impacted by the events at Annapurna Interactive.

Control 2 Remains on Track

Davey Wreden (The Stanley Parable) and Team Ivy Road have also assured fans that Wanderstop development remains on schedule. Similarly, Matt Newell's Lushfoil Photography Sim, nearing completion, is expected to proceed without significant hurdles. Beethoven & Dinosaur also confirmed their project, Mixtape, is continuing.
