Adventure Time #5 is written by Nick Winn (Silver Sprocket’s Bloody Mary) and illustrated by Kenzie Bugg (Adult Swim’s Tuca and Bertie). Both artists have also contributed covers for this issue, joining Shelli Paroline, Braden Lamb, and Agustin Morales. Issue #5 additionally includes a backup story from Adventure Time animated series writer and storyboard artist Derek Ballard.

Here is the official synopsis from Oni for the new issue:

Fresh from their funky dance-off in outer space, Finn and Jake learn that Billy has mysteriously reappeared in… the Computer Kingdom?! Eager to locate the Enchiridion for Computer Princess and prove he’s more than just an adventurous kid, Finn rushes there—only to find that Billy isn't quite what he seems. What secrets lie in Computer Princess’s past? And what dark shadows loom over Finn’s future? Surely it can’t be anything too terribly evil, right? RIGHT?!?!
