Application Description

Manage and control your KEBA wallbox seamlessly using the KEBA eMobility App.

The KEBA eMobility App delivers digital services for KeContact P30 & P40 users—including the P40, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION, and P30 c-series. Use the app to communicate with, manage, and configure your charging station, giving you full oversight and control over your wallbox.

What you can do with the KEBA eMobility App:

- Communicate with your wallbox remotely from anywhere (communication via the local network remains for the KeContact P30 c-series).

- Check your wallbox status: Is it charging? Ready? Offline? Or is an error present?

- Monitor charging sessions by starting or stopping the current charging process—with a single tap.

- Set the maximum charging power for full control over your vehicle's power consumption and charging duration.

- Track real-time charging details such as time, energy, power, amperage, and more—and review past charging sessions in your history.

- Access your historical energy consumption data in the statistics section.

- Follow the in-app setup guide to check your wallbox’s compatibility and complete first-time connection and configuration.

- Step-by-step installer mode helps you configure and connect your P40 Wallbox for the first time.

- Use power profiles to schedule charging sessions to start and stop automatically at set times and power levels (configurable via the KEBA eMobility Portal for P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION).

- Keep your wallbox up to date by enabling automatic software updates through the app (not available for standalone KeContact P30 c-series models).

- As an x-series user, access all familiar web-interface configurations directly in the app (only for KeContact P30 x-series).

KEBA wallboxes compatible with the app:

- KeContact P40, P40 Pro, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION

- KeContact P30 c-series (no firmware update required to use the app)

Note: Charging stations managed by Charge Point Operators may not support app use, especially if you do not have the web-interface password or serial number.

When using the KEBA eMobility App with a KeContact P30 c-series, not all advanced features are available compared to the x-series. See a full function comparison for each series at www.keba.com/emobility-app.

Already familiar with the KEBA eMobility Portal? Register via the app or portal to unlock all benefits and features on the browser-based platform at emobility-portal.keba.com.

Important notes for electrical installers:

- DIP switch settings on the P30 wallbox still require manual configuration.

- P30 web-interface configurations are also accessible through the app.

- For KeContact P30 c-series, configure DIP switches to enable full UDP communication (as outlined in the setup guide).

- Basic settings for the KeContact P40 can be adjusted via the KEBA eMobility App or directly on the device.
