Gameplay Basics:
Rock, paper, and scissors determine attacks, with the winner defeating the opponent's piece. Each piece has unique movement capabilities (indicated by arrows). If your King is defeated, you lose! The King can move one square in any direction.
Piece Descriptions:
- Four Piece Types: Rock (attacks Scissors), Scissors (attacks Paper), Paper (attacks Rock), and King (attacks all pieces).
- Attack & Placement: Attacking and being attacked prevents further movement of the attacked piece. You can place an available piece on an empty square. A captured piece becomes your opponent's.
- Aiko (Draw): Attacking a piece of the same type results in a draw. A drawn piece can be placed on top of the opponent's piece, temporarily preventing its movement. (Note: the opponent can still attack the piece).
- Level Up: Reaching the opposite side of the board upgrades your piece. (The King can still move one square in any direction).
