Monster Hunter Now Season 7 Unveils Exploration Bases

by Grace Dec 22,2025
  • Monster Hunter Now's seventh season launches on September 18th.
  • It's packed with a host of new features and gameplay adjustments.
  • The highlight is the official introduction of Exploration Bases.

Monster Hunter Now impressively brings the acclaimed hunting experience to mobile devices. From crafting diverse weapons using parts of various monsters to taking on those formidable creatures in battle. Now, the crucial social aspect is getting a major upgrade with the arrival of Exploration Bases in Season 7.

So, what is an Exploration Base? If you've played Niantic's other hit, Pokémon GO, you'll recognize their similarity to PokéStops. Much like PokéStops, players in the same vicinity can collaborate to gradually enhance these bases.

This process becomes even more streamlined, as this update also introduces selectable monster groups, letting you influence which monsters appear in your hunting grounds. Full details for this new feature will be revealed when Season 7 goes live on September 18th.
