Welcome to Proton Bus Urbano!

This classic version focuses on urban buses for transporting passengers within city limits. Originally released in 2017, it has been nearly five years since launch. Over the past few years, our simulator has incorporated numerous new features.

The bus modding system is now more advanced, supporting various animations such as buttons, rain effects, wipers, and windows. The community has already created hundreds of buses, with many more on the way!

We plan to release several new buses via mods soon, including some currently in development this year. Including every single bus we have would make the game excessively large, preventing players from using all vehicles simultaneously. As a modded version, you only keep your favorites, saving storage space. All older non-animated buses are excluded from this edition and will be re-released as mods over the coming months.

In 2020, we introduced map modding support—a feature rare in mobile gaming! While creating maps requires a computer, once made, they can run on most mobile devices with sufficient RAM.

These legacy routes remain available, but with a strong emphasis on custom map creation, they will eventually become part of history.

This simulator is FREE, offering optional extras for PAID USERS. You can play the free version indefinitely; we don't charge just to make money. Purchase only if you genuinely enjoy this project and appreciate its development process. Paid users enjoy an ad-free experience and access to exclusive features like virtual mirrors, cruise control (automatic acceleration at set speeds), 360-degree screenshots, and more. Most other features and nearly all buses remain free.

This is primarily a simulator rather than a traditional game. We don't focus on points or checkpoints; simply choose your preferred bus and drive. Being a complex simulator, it offers many controls and settings. Please watch online tutorials before criticizing gameplay issues, as most complaints are easily resolved. For instance, press 'N' to shift gears after selecting them. Remember to release the parking brake. Some options may cause unexpected behavior on certain devices, so read setting descriptions carefully. Compatibility varies by device.

This project is available for both PC and Android. PCs offer superior graphics quality due to more powerful hardware. Numerous settings allow you to optimize performance. A modern mid-to-high-end device with ample RAM (preferably 4 GB or more) is recommended. If the game runs poorly on your device, try older versions or adjust the settings. Note that Unity-based 64-bit Android apps sometimes face issues; if you experience low frame rates, download the 32-bit APK from our website for potentially better performance.

We are focusing on core updates, especially regarding modding support. This simulator shines with mods—imagine it without them!

You can download mods by searching "Proton Bus mods" or using the in-game button. To install mods, use a file manager. The community is always ready to help if you need assistance.

Currently, advanced features are tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9, while basic testing uses a J7 Prime. Devices with less than 2 GB of RAM may not support the game well, though manual installation via APK/OBB might work without guarantees. ### What's New in Version 1300

- New Mod Installer: Installing mods is now much easier! After downloading a mod file, simply share or open it with the game to install. This works for most buses and maps (up to Phase 3 maps in this version).
- Shadow Improvements: Shadows have been updated; while not perfect, they should look slightly better.
- Premium Account Management: Added a button to disconnect and delete your premium account as required by the platform.
